We’re looking for a detail-oriented communicator who thrives on structure, quality, and execution. As the HubSpot Communications Coordinator, you’ll be hands-on in one of the most powerful platforms in marketing — helping our team reach tens of thousands of retail buyers, store owners, and design professionals across industries like fashion, home, lighting, and gift.

What You'll Do

  • Build and schedule email campaigns in HubSpot using content provided by our Marketing team
  • Help launch SMS campaigns, newsletters, and posts with accuracy and brand consistency
  • Work behind the scenes in HubSpot to manage lists, test workflows, and ensure campaigns go out cleanly and on time
  • Track performance and help the team learn what’s working and what’s not
  • Collaborate with our digital, leasing, and events teams to help keep all parts of the business aligned

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or digital communications (or strong internship experience)
  • Some exposure to HubSpot, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or a similar tool
  • Comfort working with content formatting, lists, schedules, and data
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in clean execution
  • Basic HTML/CSS familiarity is a plus — but not required
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and meet deadlines without being micromanaged
  • Strong communicator with a collaborative, go-getter mindset

Bonus If You're

  • Experience using HubSpot or similar tools
  • Spanish/English bilingual skills
  • An interest in digital communications, marketing technology, or customer engagement
