I am a new business and just applied for my Sales & Use Tax Permit. Can I still qualify?
New Sales & Use Tax Permit applicants can still qualify to attend market as long you have a confirmation email (with your assigned Taxpayer ID) from the Department of Revenue stating that your application was approved.
Upon providing documentation to our Registration/Market Service team, you will then be eligible to pay the non-refundable $150 new business fee to become a registered buyer (or qualified attendee) with Dallas Market Center.
The
New Business Application must be completed in full and submitted with the required documents within 90 calendar days of paying the new business fee.
